Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days from the day the order is confirmed with customer service via phone
- Important Note: You have the right to inspect, try, and investigate the item before receiving it. Once the delivery is completed and the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.
- If, after inspecting the item, you choose not to receive it, please note that you will need to pay a 60 EGP delivery fee for the courier.
We want you to love your order! Here’s everything you need to know:
- Exchanges: You can only exchange for the same item in a different color or size. Switching to a different item is only possible if it's from the same vendor. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in original packaging, with labels attached, in undamaged condition, and not worn.
- Delivery Fee: A 60 EGP delivery fee applies for exchanges.
- Returns: Only possible at the time of delivery, while the courier is still present. Returns are not accepted once the courier leaves.
- Packaging: The original packaging and hanging labels must be intact. Any damage or alteration to the packaging makes the item ineligible for return or exchange.
- One Post-Purchase Exchange: Each order is eligible for only ONE post-purchase exchange.
- How to Exchange: Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the exchange via our social media channels. Our team will guide you through the process.Side Note: Underwear and Homewear (except pants pajamas) are not eligible for exchanges.
