We totally get your concern—it's completely valid, especially with how some online stores can be unclear or unreliable. That’s why at Ravell Store, we make your comfort and trust our top priority. We offer a “Cash on Delivery” option, so you only pay when your order arrives. You can feel the fabric through the packaging before accepting it. If it’s not what you expected, no worries—you can simply refuse it and just cover the delivery cost. We’re here to make your shopping experience easy and stress-free.
If your items are from different vendors or manufacturers, your order might be delivered in separate shipments. You can find the vendor name listed below each product title on our website
Exchanges
You can exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color only. Switching to a different product is allowed only if it’s from the same vendor. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and items must be in their original packaging, with all labels attached, in unworn and undamaged condition. A delivery fee of 60 EGP applies for exchanges.
Returns
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, while the courier is still present. Once the delivery is completed and the courier leaves, returns are no longer possible. If you inspect the item upon delivery and decide not to accept it, a 60 EGP courier fee will be charged.
We deliver our products to all regions throughout Egypt, with the exception of some governorates. Delivery within 3 to 7 working days (excluding any public holidays).
When the order includes free shipping, the shipping cost is borne solely by the customer.
